Yes, you have to pay an additional charge (COD Fee) of Rs.50 for availing COD service.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days. A confirmation email is sent to you by our logistics partner once the order has been dispatched.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, KOJO takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
You cannot make any changes to your orders that are placed successfully. However, if you wish to do this, please mail us at care@kojolife.com. Please note that at this time, we will be unable to guarantee successful modification or changes of the order and advice that you check your order carefully before you confirm and place it.

Yes, all the product prices shown are GST inclusive.
There are multiple reasons why this may have happened but we suggest you check the following steps
- Check with your bank to ensure there are sufficient funds available to pay for your order.
- Check if your debit card, credit card, or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card, there is a chance that some of the information might have changed. Please check to confirm all your card details and try again in that case.
- Check maybe your name and address match the name and address on your current card.
Return and Cancellation Related Queries
We regret to inform you that once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
KOJO is not responsible for any damages after delivery. For any complaints with regards to your order please contact customer care or write to us at care@kojolife.com within 24 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for any acknowledgment). Also, don’t forget to attach your order invoice and some pictures of the damaged product.

Yes, all of our products are suitable for all skin types and all genders. However, we will always recommend that people with sensitive skin to perform a small patch test of any new product on their forearm before using them more widely.
Yes, all our products are safe and suitable for all genders, all ages, and all skin types. We always avoid harmful and even doubtful chemicals, and therefore, our products are suitable for children above 3 years. However, for children below 3 years, we would recommend using specialist baby products.
Yes. All of our products are 100% vegetarian.
Yes. We are 100% cruelty-free. All our products are made without using any animal-derived ingredients, and we never test our products on animals.
Most of our packaging is RECYCLABLE, and we minimize the use of packaging, in general. We try to avoid plastics like SAN, ABS, and PVC that are not eco-friendly; instead, we use PET, PP, and PE in our packaging, wherever possible.At present, we don’t use any special grade that is more biodegradable than conventional plastic. Hence, we are constantly looking for ways to do that. If you have ideas we can pursue, then write to us at care@kojolife.com.We also request you to reuse and recycle the packaging material.
