Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh by reputed courier partners. All of our orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
We ship products throughout India. All our pre-paid orders above Rs. 500 of cart value are free of any shipping charges. However, we charge flat Rs. 50 as shipping for all COD orders and orders below Rs. 500 of cart value.

DELIVERY

All Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days upon confirmation. Delivery to few locations that have low connectivity may take some more time.

Order deliveries will be made between: 

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. However, KOJO takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • KOJO is not responsible for damages caused after delivery.
  • For any complaints with regards to your order, please contact Customer Care (care@kojolife.com) within 24 hours of your order delivery for resolution.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At KOJO, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible.

  • KOJO is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
  • In case the product is received in a damaged condition (broken, leakage, or any other), a replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours from the time of delivery, after which the product is not liable for any acknowledgment. You can reach us on care@kojolife.com.
  • Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by KOJO.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
